Vickers Bolster Customer Services Team

Following a number of new business wins, Vickers Laboratories have recently strengthened their growing customer services department with two new starters joining the team. The Pudsey based Chemical manufacturers who have experienced significant growth in the last 12 months, have recruited Stephanie Bradley and Rachel Whitaker-Hanley as Customer Services Team Manager Customer Service Advisor respectively.

Stephanie Bradley, a Management graduate with a vast amount of customer service experience in both the UK and abroad will head up the Customer Services Team. Stephanie’s previous experience is predominantly in financial services and includes leading the Customer Support Team at American Israeli bank, Credorax as well as managing a Customer Services team in the Autocraft trade. By her own admission, Stephanie has a determined and ambitious approach to management and is extremely passionate about providing an excellent service to customers. Outside of work, Stephanie is a keen runner and recently completed a marathon in Malta!

Stephanie commented on her new role; “I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few weeks with Vickers Laboratories. Everybody has been very helpful and I have no doubt we can build the Customer Service team to be world class in the marketplace”.

Also joining the Customer Services team is University graduate, Rachel Whitaker-Hanley. Rachel studied Motion Graphics and Animation design at Northumbria University and has previously worked in the Commercial Operations Team at Morrisons plc. Rachel is no stranger to her colleagues having previously spent time working at Vickers during the summer of 2013. She has now returned in a full time capacity and is looking forward to getting started. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys travelling the world and keeping fit, with her recently completing the Yorkshire 3 peaks for the Sue Ryder charity.

Rachel was excited at the prospect of joining the team at Vickers; “Having previously worked at Vickers, I am settling back in and delving deeper into my role in the Customer Service Team. I am thoroughly enjoying the process and learning new things every day”.

Commercial Director, Paul Bottomley was delighted to welcome Stephanie and Rachel to the team; “The growth we have experienced as a business in the last 12 months has meant that we must increase our customer service offering. The experience that both Stephanie and Rachel will bring will benefit all of our clients and we are thrilled to welcome them both to the team”.
